Step 3: Onsite Assessment

We’ll schedule a time to inspect the damage to your caravan. Our team will document the visible damage with photos to submit to your insurer.

Step 4: Quoting & Approval

After the assessment, we will submit a repair quote to your insurer. Once approved, we will order the necessary parts and keep you updated on estimated arrival times.

Step 5: Scheduling Repairs

We’ll contact you to arrange a convenient repair date for your caravan.
