Service Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Off-Grid Touring, we stand behind the quality of our onsite technical work. As a mobile service provider, our policy covers Service Call-Out Fees, Labor, and Installed Components.

1. Service Call-Out Fees

This fee covers the logistics of bringing our mobile unit and technician to your location.

  • Standard Cancellations: Refund of the call-out fee minus the original & refund transaction fee if cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice.

  • Late Cancellations: Non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, as this time was reserved specifically for you.

  • Local Zone (Postcode 2752): No call-out fee applies; no travel refund is applicable.

2. Parts & Components

  • Ordered-In Parts: Cancellation of services requiring ordered-in parts will incur a 10% restocking fee plus any shipping costs required to return items to our suppliers.

3. Labor & Workmanship

We take pride in our off-grid setups. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our work:

  • Please contact us at gary@offgridtouring.au within 30 days of the service date.

  • If the fault lies with our workmanship, we will return to make it right at no additional charge.


4. Exclusions

  • User Damage: We cannot offer refunds for equipment damaged due to improper use, off-road accidents, or modifications made by the customer after our technician has departed.

5. Refund and Processing Time

To request a refund, please email gary@offgridtouring.au with your order/invoice number:

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 2โ€“5 business days to post the funds to your account.
