TERMS OF SERVICE

OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Off-Grid Touring. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Off-Grid Touring. By visiting our site and/or booking a mobile service, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - MOBILE SERVICE & ONLINE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services and the cancellation of any scheduled onsite visits.

SECTION 2 - SERVICE REFUSAL & ACCESSIBILITY

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. This is particularly relevant to mobile services where:

  • Vehicle Limitations: Our service vehicle is not a 4WD. If we deem an access road unsafe or impossible for our 2WD unit (e.g., soft sand, fire trails, steep backcountry), we will not continue, and your service fee will be forfeited.

  • Site Safety: We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if a technician feels unsafe or if environmental conditions put our equipment at risk.

SECTION 3 - SERVICE MODIFICATIONS & PRICING

  • Call-Out Fees: Prices for our mobile service call-outs are subject to change without notice.

  • Tolls: Standard road tolls incurred during transit are now included in your service call-out fee.

  • Third-Party Costs: Any National Park entry fees or private land access permits remain the responsibility of the client.

  • Warragamba 2752: The "No Call-Out Fee" for postcode 2752 is a community courtesy and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING & LOCATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate location information. Where street addresses are unavailable, you must provide GPS coordinates or "Dropped Pins." If we cannot locate you due to inaccurate information, you remain liable for the full call-out fee.

SECTION 5 - ONSITE SERVICE & EQUIPMENT

We strive for the highest industry standards. However, we do not warrant that the quality of services or materials will meet subjective expectations. Any "Ordered-In Parts" for a service are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus shipping costs if the service is cancelled.

SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & NAVIGATION

We use third-party tools (Google Maps, satellite tracking) to facilitate our mobile service. We provide access to these tools ”as is” and are not liable for navigational errors caused by these providers.

SECTION 7 - PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using our technical expertise for any unlawful purpose or to infringe upon our intellectual property. Harassment or abuse of our technicians during an onsite visit will result in immediate service termination without a refund.

SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Off-Grid Touring, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of the service. We are not liable for equipment damaged due to improper use, off-road accidents, or modifications made by the customer after our technician has departed.

SECTION 9 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Off-Grid Touring from any claim or demand made by any third-party due to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law.

SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
