Our Service Includes:

Running Gear & Safety

• Chassis & Towing Security: Full inspection and lubrication of the tow-coupling and jockey wheel. We inspect safety chains and check the operation of the breakaway system.
• Wheels & Tyres: Tyre pressures and tread depth are checked and recorded. We perform a wheel alignment and torque wheel nuts to specification (140Nm / 160Nm for M14).
• Suspension & Brakes: All suspension components and fasteners are inspected for tightness. The braking system is fully assessed, including brake shoe/pad thickness, magnets, and moving parts. Brakes and the handbrake cable are adjusted as needed.
• Wheel Bearing Maintenance: We inspect and repack wheel bearings during annual services. Replacement is performed if necessary (additional costs may apply).

Body Integrity & Utilities

• Weatherproofing: All sealant areas are inspected for non-adhesion and reapplied if necessary. A water spray test is conducted around the A/C unit to confirm no internal water entry points.
• Structural Check: The underbody is inspected for damage. We check the condition and security of the awning, windows, roof fittings, and grab handles.
• Utilities & Electrical: All gas lines, water pipes/hoses, and electrical wiring are inspected for visible damage or leaks. We ensure battery terminals are secure and check the condition/operation of all driving lights and reflectors.

Interior & Comfort

• Safety Compliance: Smoke alarms are tested, and the fire extinguisher expiry date and gauge are confirmed.
• Appliance Functionality: Operation of all major appliances (Stove, A/C, Fridge/Freezer, Hot Water Service, Water Pump, etc.) is verified.
• Security Checks: We inspect and adjust all internal doors and drawers (including the shower and ensuite) to ensure they remain latched during travel.
• Moisture Check: All areas are visually inspected for water damage, mould, and wood expansion.

Important Note:

If your caravan hasn’t been serviced regularly, or if the bearings are not made in Japan, it is our policy to replace the bearings regardless of their condition, as we cannot guarantee reliability otherwise.
