Warranty Repairs – Important Information
- Caravan and Product manufacturers DO NOT COVER CALL OUT FEES. Any call-out costs are the responsibility of the customer..
- If a repair is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and Off-Grid Touring is an authorised repair agent, the manufacturer will be billed directly for the approved warranty work
- If Off-Grid Touring is not an authorised agent, most manufacturers require a formal quote and written approval before warranty repairs can begin.
- Any diagnostic time or repairs carried out before warranty approval is received may be charged to the customer.
